ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM USAGE AGREEMENT


Online Reservation System Usage Agreement I. Rules and regulations for reservations. (1) Before using the system to reserve tickets or seats, please carefully read through these rules and regulations for reservations and related instructions. If you are not making your own reservations or are acting as an agent, you are obligated to fully inform the passengers about the rules and regulations. After the “agree” button is selected, the effect of the law agrees to the one made by passengers themselves. The company does not accept the fact that the passengers themselves do not know or realize the matters as a fact of defense. (2) The system is encrypted by SSL, your personal information is secured with protection. Except for the requests by the government, all personal information you input for the purposes of reservation, purchase transaction related, will not be revealed to a third party or used for commercial or other purposes. II. Opening hours for online reservation. (1) Online reservation is open 24 hours a day. (2) The system opens for making reservations online at 12pm on the previous day of the reserved date. III. Routes for online reservation Limited routes are available to book online: Kinmen route A, B, C, D, E, F, G (route E is only running on holidays) IV. Available options for tickets booked online (1) Tickets available for online booking include: Half-Day ticket, 1-Day ticket, 2-Day ticket, and are all in adult rate. No special rates are provided. (It’s also not available at ticket offices.) (2) Regulations for children free of charge: 1. Children under 115cm or under the age of 6 years old (documents that verify identity are required) who travel on their company’s laps are free of charge. (Per passenger per child free of charge.) Children taller than 115cm or children who need to occupy seats are requested to purchase adult tickets. 2. Children free of charge should be accompanied by adult passengers and not permitted to occupy any other seats. (3) Ticket prices on the current rate of each station or other related details on the website, the company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions; they are subject to change without prior notice and will be updated on the website. (4) Online ticket payment: It’s only available to pay by “online credit card transactions” and “Web ATM remittance.” V. Ticket quantity limit A maximum of eight tickets can be booked online per day by an individual. Without purchase or cancellation, each individual can make only one reservation online. VI. Ticket pick-up instructions (1) Make sure to check the “travel date” and “bus schedule” immediately after purchasing your ticket. (2) No changes are allowed to be made online once you’ve picked up the tickets at the ticket office. (3) Passengers can only embark on the bus at the stations selected when you make your reservation. (4) Regulations for ticket pick-up and identity confirmation: (5) Pick up your tickets and embark on the bus at the station you selected. The last time to pick-up the ticket is 30 minutes before departure. Please inform the service agents that you’re a passenger purchasing tickets online to confirm your identity and pick up your tickets or your ticket will be void due to late check-in. ※ Special reminding: The ticket pick-up time is set according to the time of reservation you make. If late check-in, please make a new reservation online. (6) Ticket pick-up locations (1) Jincheng station: No.7, Minsheng Rd., Jincheng Township, Kinmen County; (082)325548 (2) Shanwai station: No.90-1, Huanghai Rd., Jinhu Township, Kinmen County; (082)332814 VII. Other regulations: The tickets are unregistered securities, please keep them well. If lost, damaged or unable to be identified, no reissues will be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. VIII. Cancellation or ticket change: (1) Cancellation: It can be made until noon of the day before the date reserved. 1. To refund tickets, please call: 082-332814 to submit your application. It takes 7-10 days for processing. 2. It’s 10% service charge for the refund. 3. No refund can be processed online if the tickets were purchased at ticket office. (2) Change of route If you want to change your routes after purchasing tickets, please make a new reservation online. IX. Our company doesn’t permit any passengers to ride if they have any of the conditions listed below: (1) Passengers with contagious diseases. (2) Unaccompanied children under the age limit. (3) Passengers who appear to be been drunk or mentally ill. (4) Passengers carrying prohibited items, dangerous items, perishable or damaged goods and dirty or polluted items.
